Access Conditions

The purpose of this website is to provide information about our services and activities. Use of the website implies full acceptance by the user of these terms and conditions. If the user does not agree with their content, they must refrain from using the website and the services offered therein. TOLEDO CATHEDRAL reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, and may modify, remove or add new content and/or services without prior notice, as well as change the way in which they are presented or accessed and the conditions of use of the website.

The user acknowledges that access to and use of the website and its contents is carried out freely and consciously, under their sole responsibility, and therefore undertakes to:

Purchase procedure.
To purchase TICKETS, it is only necessary to click on the designated access button.

TOLEDO CATHEDRAL reserves the right to modify the commercial offer presented on the website (relating to products, services, prices, promotions and other conditions) at any time.

TOLEDO CATHEDRAL shall make every effort within its means to ensure that the information contained on the website is accurate and free from typographical errors. Should any such error occur, it will be corrected immediately. If a purchase decision has been made based on a typographical error, TOLEDO CATHEDRAL will inform the affected party and reserves the right to cancel the purchase at no cost to the customer or to apply the newly communicated conditions and/or price.

Photographs displayed are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding; variations may occur.

Prices and Payment Methods

Prices indicated on the website include Value Added Tax (VAT) and are expressed in Euros. In the case of ticket sales, the transaction is subject to and exempt from VAT, as reflected in Law 37/1992, Article 20.1.14 b.

Purchased products must be paid using one of the following methods:

  • Apple Pay.
  • MasterCard or Visa card.
  • Visa and MasterCard have developed a secure online payment system using SSL technology. The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the cardholder before authorising payment online.

 

Your card details and password are protected by this security system from the moment they are entered. This payment window is outside the control of TOLEDO CATHEDRAL, and any incidents related to it are the responsibility of the card issuer, whom you should contact in such cases.

Delivery Method and Cost

At the time of ticket purchase, you will receive a QR code by email (please ensure the email address is entered correctly), which you may use to access the Cathedral on the date and time selected during the purchase process.

Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the purchase, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Tickets may not be exchanged or refunded. If for any reason a date must be changed, the affected event will be rescheduled. Cancellation of the event is the only admissible reason for a refund (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws).

Confidentiality

Any information communicated or disclosed by either party to the other, or to which either party has access, shall be considered confidential and may not be disclosed, displayed, reproduced, copied, discussed with third parties, or used for purposes other than those for which it was communicated.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. For any issues arising between the parties in relation to the interpretation or execution of this document, both parties expressly agree, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo.
