The Cultural Visit allows access to the Cathedral’s most emblematic spaces: the Main Chapel, the Transparente, the Choir, the Sacristy, the Cloister and the principal chapels and historic halls. To facilitate access, several ticket options are available — general, reduced and group admission — with updated schedules and prices according to the season.

Ticket Sales
Tickets can be purchased online or in person at the Cathedral Shop, located opposite the entrance to the Cultural Visit (Puerta Llana). Access to the Cultural Visit is always through Puerta Llana of the Cathedral (Calle Cardenal Cisneros, 1, 45002, Toledo).
Tourist visit opening hours
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Sundays: 2:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Access closes 30 minutes before the stated closing time.

Norms of the Cathedral
Beverages and food
- Entering the Cathedral and any of its spaces with beverages or food is prohibited.
Protection of the artworks
- Touching the works of art is prohibited.
- The use of laser pointers is prohibited.
- All artworks and areas of interest are protected by alarm systems.
- There is a closed-circuit recording system.
Microphones
- The use of amplified microphones is prohibited.
Dress code
- Access to the Cathedral and its points of interest is only permitted to visitors dressed appropriately.
Photography
- Photography and filming inside the Cathedral and its points of interest are prohibited.
Mobile phones
- The use of mobile phones is not permitted. Please switch them off upon entering the Temple.

- Almost all areas of the Cathedral’s points of interest are accessible to visitors with disabilities.
- Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the ticket sales desk.

- The Cathedral Shop offers a cafeteria service. (Temporarily out of service).

Re-entry to the site is not permitted with the same ticket.
Are minors allowed to enter the Cathedral?
Yes, they are allowed, but they must always be accompanied by an adult.
Until what time can I visit the Cathedral?
You can check the opening hours here. All rooms are cleared 10 minutes before closing time.
What is the refund policy?
Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be issued, except in the event of a possible issue with access to the site and/or the services purchased.
If a refund is possible, how will it be issued?
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (cash, card, etc.).
