Worship and Liturgy
The spiritual heart of the Primate Cathedral beats each day in its celebrations, rites and traditions.
The Cathedral of Toledo is not only a historical and artistic symbol
It is a living church, where prayer, liturgy and tradition sustain the city’s spiritual pulse. Throughout the year, the temple celebrates unique solemnities — such as Corpus Christi and the feast of the Virgin of the Sagrario — alongside the ordinary liturgical calendar, the daily celebration of the Eucharist and the Hispanic–Mozarabic rite, whose natural home remains this Primate see.
This section provides all the information needed to participate in the Cathedral’s religious life: major feasts, the celebration of Toledo’s proper rite, and the possibility of offering Mass intentions and donations.
